## Who we are

NeededCash (operated by IMLeverage, LLC) is a free loan-matching service that connects consumers with licensed lenders for title loans, personal loans, installment loans, cash advances, and bad credit loans. We help people across the United States find lending options that fit their needs.

## What we do

We match borrowers with lenders who can serve their state. We don't make credit decisions, and we're not a lender ourselves. Instead, we operate a free service that helps connect people who need funds with lenders who can potentially provide them.

## Our process

Our simple online form asks about your borrowing needs, income situation, and credit profile. We then share this information with our network of licensed lenders who decide whether to make you an offer. Checking your options does not affect your credit score; a lender runs a full check only if you continue with its offer.

## Our commitment

- **Free to consumers:** Free to you; lenders pay us a referral fee.
- **Licensed lenders only:** Every lender holds the licenses its state requires; we verify it before they see a request.
- **Transparency:** Every rate and fee is disclosed in writing before you sign (federal Truth in Lending requirement); we hold lenders to it.
- **Privacy:** Shared only with lenders who can serve your state; never sold to unrelated marketers.
- **Security:** 256-bit encryption on the request form.

## Disclosures

**Not a lender.** NeededCash.com is not a lender, loan broker, or agent of any lender and does not make credit decisions. We operate a free matching service that shares the information you submit with participating licensed lenders and lending partners, who may contact you with an offer and who pay us a referral fee.

**Rates and terms.** Each lender sets its own rates, fees, and terms and will disclose them in writing as required by the federal Truth in Lending Act before you sign. Personal and installment loans from lenders in our network typically carry APRs from about 5.99% to 35.99% with terms from 3 to 84 months. Representative example: a $5,000 loan over 36 months at 15.99% APR has 36 payments of $175.76 and a total cost of $6,327.36.
